Imported into libgphoto2 CVS

Hi folks!

After talking to Peter I have now imported the driver into
libgphoto2 CVS.

I did some compile warning fixes and will probably also need
to reduce the stack usage (1MB stack use is too much).

If you (Dennis, Philipp, Peter) want to help maintain it in Sourceforge CVS 
directly, drop Lutz Mueller a mail so he can add you to the list of 
developers with CVS access (tell him I sent you ;).
