First camlib committed to CVS!

Hi guys!

Just committed the first camlib to CVS along with some (sparse! :) 
instructions. It supports everything except deletion.

For medium and high resolution, there is a .ppm thumbnail in resolution 
128x96, but for low resolution there is no seperate thumbnail so a thumbnail 
is the same as the real image at 512x384 pixels.

Since the camlib tells gphoto about the sizes of the various thumbnails this 
is no problem! (phew! :-)

Digikam (I recommend it! digikam.sourceforge.net) shows all images of all 
resolutions, you can view the full image, and drag/drop around :-)

Of course the gphoto2 utilities also work!
